My phone is rebooting when I access my sd card

When I mount it to my cpu or ps3 it reboots once then I have to mount it again then I can start to move my files. Also when I try to play a video from my sd card it will reboot once again.

Also it does it on every rom I use.

Try switching ur sd card n c might hlp u
