If i helped you, in any way, Please hit the thanks button. I really do appreciate it.
data from ginger sense will work(make a back just in case), and the rom wipes system so no need to do it manually.
So I flashed the ROM from ROM Manager. I did not select the wipe data/cache option as OP says not to cuz the ROM will do that.
After the flash I get the HTC boot screen with a loop. I cannont go into Recovery(Vol down + Power) as I believe there is a PC10DIAG.img on my scard and it keeps asking if I want to run the update for a Radio.

What to do now...?
well, if you have an external microsd to sd card adapter, or some other adapter to enable you to directly use it with a computer, Id suggest turning your phone off, removing the battery, taking the memory card from your phone, inserting it into said adapter, then putting it into your computer and removing the offending file manually. Then unmount it from your computer, remove it, then reinsert it into your phone. After reinserting the battery, hold the power and volume - buttons until the bootloader appears. Click the recovery option using the power button. Once in the CWM recovery, wipe data/factory reset, then try reflashing the ROM.

I was hoping you weren't going to say that. My mircrosd adapter is at home and I am at work now. LOL.
