That sucks used to have to do that with my old g1 back in the day the most common thing people do have is another sdcard use your friends sdcard and a usb cable and put the file on theres with a pc. and do what the poster said by holding the buttons etc... And do the recover steps and you should be good not a lot of people have the micro adapter in there back pocket haha so try someones elses sdcard and put it on theres from files transfer usb. Just another option you know ;)

-facepalms- I should've thought of that one. I do it all the time with my nook color. I keep two sd cards for it, one 4gb for cwm and any roms I want to try, and a second 32 gb (Patriot class 10) for my media (mostly music, but 500mb-ish of eBooks too. Lol, also ironic that I dont use the nook app on it, but instead I use the Kindle app and Aldiko Premium.

Thankfully I was about to go to lunch...so I just went to Office Max and spent 16 bucks on a 2gb microsd card with adapter. Took all of 5 secs to pull out my card, insert to adapter, place into laptop slot, open sdcard and rename the .img file and all back into G2. Booted into recover...blah blah blah....good to go now. Sheeesh! LOL

Can I flash this rom over rooted stock froyo rom or do I have to do a full wipe?

frank if you came from a different rom other than a gingerbread sense rom, then yes you have to wipe data/cache, but its if a gingerbread sense rom then no, data should work. ok to get into recovery plug your phone it dosent matter if its stuck in the htc white logo, just leave it there, go open a cmd, locate your self inside the android sdk/pltform tools, and run this "adb reboot recovery" this should restart your device and bring it to recovery mode.

yes you have too, froyo data will most likely bootloop your device if you leave it. just do a back up with my backup root and then restore it on gingerbread works just fine.

Yeah forgot about this option, i'll know for the future i'm sure it'll happen again! Thanks. ROM looks good...even the white blank screens you have to guess where the buttons are! haha

sorry to burst your bubble but i just found out that camcorder does not work, it only shows the preview, as soon as you hi the record button it crashes, but worry not camera works 100% fine
