Yes. As stated by Attn1 if you have eng s-off you should still use the method posted by the op. But there's always some risk with flashing

Originally, I did the hack kit, got Root and S-Off, and THEN I did ENG S-Off via the one click tool, then used it once or twice before reading warnings against ENG S-Off, so I started looking for ways to reverse it. Bootloader showed ENG S-Off when I started. After doing ./gfree -s on it showed ACE PVT SHIP S-ON RL. Then I redid the hack kit, got S-Off, and did NOT run the ENG S-Off tool again. Now it shows ACE PVT SHIP S-OFF RL (it does not say ENG S-Off anymore). So I assume I successfully reversed ENG S-Off, correct?

Ok, I got you now. If it no longer shows Eng S-off in the bootloader you're all set . We're on the same page now .

Can you guys tell me which would I have to flash in order to get the faster upload and download speeds. Or do I just flash the regular At&t one?

I've seen it and that's why I'm asking questions. I assume if you don't run any fastboot commands, there is no risk since it isn't being used, no?

I don't think the radio has to deal with the upload and download speed. You would have to change your build.prop file. There is a thread about how to do that.

From my understanding of flashing it you would need to be eng s-off. Then flash the splash screen as a .img.
