[RELEASE][22/07/2011] ClockworkMod Recovery 4.0.1.4
ClockworkMod Recovery 4.0.1.4 Requirements: Note: Amend scripting (update-script) is no longer supported , was deprecated by Google in Android 1.5. Please switch to Edify scripting (updater-script and update-binary) to create working update zip packages.
Current version: 4.0.1.4
Installation: Power off your DHD
Put it in bootloader mode; Power+Vol down and select Fastboot from menu.
Plug-in the USB cable.
Double click on install-recovery-windows.bat if you're using windows, execute install-recovery-linux.sh if you're on linux or install-recovery-mac.sh if MacOSX.
Done! The device will be automatically rebooted.

you have other issues, probably dont have the right drivers installed, read some more, probably need htc sync installed
