I used to rep for a lot of companies and spoke to some people at Dell. They told me that we will see Gingerbread for the Venue not too long after the Streak 5 was phased out.

I have a Dell Streak 5 and a Dell Venue, taking some time getting used to the smaller screen but I still love it. We should get an update in by Q4.
