Default [Q] Dual Boot Android Roms

*In case this was already posted, I searches the whole HTC Inspire Forum and Didn't FInd the right Topic*

I'm looking for a way to Dual Boot. For example be able to load CM7 or a Cooked Stock. I'm aware of Dual Booting WM but it's not what I'm looking for. ANy help or tips would be much appreciated.

you just need to create a nand backup of each ROM you like to use. then when you want to bounce between ROMs, you just restore that particular backup. takes about 2 minutes, but its the closest out there to dual booting.

for example right now i have cyanogen 6.1 and gingerbread and i boot up each one depending on what i want to use that day.

Restoring a nan backup is nothing like dual booting . As for real dual booting; there is not a predefined program or app that allows you to do this (yet). That's not to say it cannot be done. The reason a automatic tool has not been created is most likely because it would need to be written on a case to case bases. For example when you dual boot you are given the option to switch between 2 roms. If you decided you wanted to change one of those rom's then the code would have to be rewritten. Mainly because of the changes that are needed to be made to the actual rom. It takes a while to get everything changed and set up so you don't want to use a rom that updates frequently. But if you have a couple stable rom's and still want to do it you can pm me if you need any help with it.
Either way I hope that helps

With BootManager just select the Rom that will be for your daily use. Then backup in case anything happens, and just follow the instructions From the app. Worst case scenario, you restore your backup.
