Talking [Q] A Problem about Unlocking Windows Phone
I'm a new user If I unlocked my phone. Can I still download the apps in the marketplace or recieve the upload from Microsoft? Or would it cause other problem when I install the upload?

Yes, you can still download apps and updates. Unlocking your phone does not take away any features, though some tweaks are known to cause issues.

Which issues? Is those have some influence with my development of Windows Phone apps? I'm learning the Windows Phone development in recent months.
