foursquare.apk can not be install ?

help me install foursquare.apk
i traed whi the option to puth in sys/app and again no secsses ...
using kyrillos v3.0 when i serch on the market is not giving me the apk i downloded from another web and is theling me apk not installed Hellp pls...

Push to /system/app and I think it will be OK
