[Q] my phn started to restarting automatically

hi guys... my mozart 7 started restarting it self and showing the white screen written htc.. and again it is restarting again and again... i didnt installed any app or software having a lot of trouble cox of this pro plx plx help me to get rid of this!! waiting for you guys reply

same hing happend to me when i bought mozart, next day i returned that htc mozart and they replaced it with a new one
now everything is wrking fine

i think its too bad for me!! i bought it from malaysia... is there any possibilty of formatting or re installing of the software for the mozart? plx plx need help!! this pro is killing me nw starting to hate the mozart!!

Try this one..

remove the battery of the phone first.

then re insert the battery. Now this time

while the power is turned off..

press and hold the following buttons POWER, Volume UP and Volume Down

if this works you will see a screen instructions..

I second the above, try a hard reset first and if that is no good you can try flashing a newer ROM and if all else fails then you should look into returning it.
