Issues with camera/camcorder

Hi, unfortunately I"m back again with another problem ...

Randomly my camera locks (marked as gray) the other Focus Modes (Macro, Infinity, Auto) and keeps only the Continous selection. The same happens also with the Camcorder. Randomly.

The Camera app is located in the Phone memory.

And, ehmm, the Camera.apk I using is from the Cyanogen mod 6, that with the Continous AF in Video Recording (delicious )

If i'm correct, this happens only when u select a different scene mode instead of using "auto" option.
