Would we consider adding a forum for the Transformer? Seems like a lot of potential with that tablet...

edit...
does anyone know how many +1s it takes for a forum?

I second this request.

Looking at the price it's gonna be coming out at and the functionality it has, I should expect this will be a popular little device.

Consider this a must, especially with all the controversial halo Honeycomb gets. Not being open source atm, rushed to release and so forth.

Me too!

expansys (UK) have it listed for preorder... but their prices are usually geared towards those that must have it first rather than those who want to shop around.

Apparently there'll be a price announcement from Asus tomorrow. I want keyboard too so here's hoping for a nice bundle :)

Comments from an Asus guy who has one over in the bit-tech forums:

And a nice video, although in Swedish and no keyboard, it does show Honeycomb quite well. And (is this Asus'?) lovely liquid live wallpaper where the liquid level indicates the battery level!

+1. I am in doubts on getting this one or the Xoom one. This one will be released first in europe, so for europe, this will be the first Honeycomb, not the XOOM. Motorola has been sleeping around :)

Wink
+1

ASUS has announced it in the US in April. Available for order now in UK, released in Taiwan. Please open a forum section forum for those of us who have or will have this unit. I tried the Xoom, nice but decided I want the keyboard. Best of both net-book and tablet. It could be a Transformer/Slider forum.

SOON PLEASE.... PRETTY PLEASE.....
