Having never put on a screen protector before I did well, but your writeup is spot on.

It's surprising to find how a little speck of dust can screw up the screen protector.

Has anyone ever applied a guard by this company called "gadgetshieldz". Their instructions are really good and lead to an absolutely clear application.

Wow. Thank you. following the OP instructions gave me the fastest, cleanest install of a screen protector I've ever had. The tape tabs and the extra tape to clean the stray dust particle were so very helpful.
