[Q] How to set up Screen Widget and other?

Hi, I got my tablet yesterday and installed Calkulin V1.1 and runs fine except the "sleep to death" issue. But the boot up is pretty fast. I need some instruction on how to set up screen use the widget. I download fancy widget, but don't know what to to with it. I want clock, weather, some commonly use apps on the screen. I don't know how to set it up. This is my first android devide, so I very new.

When you are on the market, how to switch the view to list and just look at the "free" apps? When I am on the market, I saw the word "sprint", do I have the real "gmarket"? The market apps is from the Calkulin rom.

I download some keyboard, and from the forum, I need to move the apk file from data/app to system/app, I use file manager or isfile, I don't see any apks file under data/app for the keyboard, I see some apks under system/app. Do I have to use "root explorer" to do that?

I installed rockplayer and angry bird from the market, and they both work. But when I turn the tablet upside down, the screen content won't rotate. Is that normal? When I use the web browser, the content rotate as I turn my screen. My home screen works on the rotation, but just rockplayer when play video and angry bird. From other member from the forum, the view angle is little better when turn the tablet upside down. thanks for the help.

Ok, welcome.
Plenty of questions. I only have authority to answer some of those as I am not, and have not been, running Caulkin's ROM.
Fancy Widget - You have to press and hold on the Homescreen to add widgets. You also add shortcuts to apps etc. this way too.
The Market - It doesn't sound like you have the whole Market, as the Market is VERY easy to use. There are 3 tabs at the top of the screen - Paid, Free and Just In. It sounds to me like you may have a different Market???
The Screen - Rotation does not work with Angry Birds - that game would be horrific to play in portrait. If memory serves me correctly, it does not work in Rock either.

Hopefully that answers a few of the questions.
I'm sure someone else (who IS running Caulkin's) will be able to answer the others.

thanks. Does anyone know any other video player allow you rotate? Not to portrait, but upside down. I really find turning the tablet upside down helps the view angle if I want share the tablet.
