For the Kernel you need to Odin version of the speedmod K13D, you can find it into the SpeedMod topic.....it's a .tar file, just flash it as it is!

Should I flash the speedmod right after, with Odin ?
Do I need to start the phone, or should I flash "yours" right away

Do the first boot first, then flash speedmod....
