AS you think its a crap phone far from perfect and you hate it why bother repairing it .

Try pulling the back cover and battery out.

Place it by something warm like a heating radiator or vent. Let it dry for a good day or so.

Then fire it up and see if it works.

Please i dropped my Galaxy in a pint while I was in a call i was able to down the pint quick time get my phone out and finish my call
