Extract the display.apk from the atrix?

Guys can any1 help.

I have a dell streak and want to be able to mirror my screen on a monitor.

Is there a way to extract the functionality from the atrix as an apk?

Lol I came from there. We want to clone screen on streak. Atrix has some of the functionality that we may be able to use.....can anyone help?

I know if i simply install the hdmi mirror app found in the atrix dev section and then change a value regarding hdmi mirroring in my system/build.prop then i get mirroring. but only in portrait. maybe you could start there, or check out the webtop mod apks, also found in the dev section for atrix.

Very unlikely you'd be able to just throw an APK on a streak and get the capability. The entire phone was designed with the webtop in mind, and it has a very different filesystem than most Android phones to accommodate for that. It will take a lot more than just an APK unfortunately

I don't think he wants the webtop functionality, just straight HDMI mirroring.
