About the uninstall.sh
If you want to restore the original mount_ext3.sh, the code should be

/busybox cp /system/bootmenu/mount_ext3.sh.bak /system/bin/mount_ext3.sh

is it?

sorry for asking this silly question,
the code
/busybox cp /system/bootmenu/mount_ext3.sh.bak /system/bin/
automaticly change the filename.

Can anyone answer if we can load custom kernel?
Or bootloader checks the kernel at boot if is signed?

No downsides, except boot is delayed by < 5 sec.
