Default [Q] what do i neeed to do to flash xperia x8?
do i need to overlock?do i need xrecovery?do i need app2sd?i suppose i need to root it...

Step one: You need to root your phone
Step two: buy Root Explorer and install it on your phone.
Step three: Install Xrecovery
Step four: Download a custom rom of you choice, copy it to your SD card,
Step five: Reboot phone and go to Xrecovery. Choose the file and flash it.

Just a fast explanation. Check the faq posted above my post.
