[Q] HTC Mozart February Update failed with error 80004005

Today got a notification that there is an phone update to Zune (on the phone) called the February Update. Doing the update from a WIndows 7/32 machine failed with error code 80004005. The update got past the first update phase (where steps are listed 1-10), then rebooted. The second phase (with steps 1-2) was where it failed

I got that tooo, all i did was debrand it again and it worked. Try it! Took me about 6 hours to do it all as I was clueless!
