Android Market Place - Fix or APK

Xoom WiFi - Rooted.
I have been receiving:
Purchase cancelled - Error Processing Purchase
Retry - Cancel
Held up botton and power button to restart.
I have uninstalled updates for My Apps. Clear Data-Force Quit Maret Place
Removed/Re-Added Google Account - added new Credit Card Payment
Created new google account and new credit card

I'm able to download from the Android Market via the web and set the app to install then go find it on the Xoom Market Place and install.

Is there a Market Place APK install available?

I'm out of ideas...............Wondering if it is on Googles backend?
