Default Anyone tried Android tethering apk after installing 2.2 and rooting?

Just wanted to see if anyone's had any issues installing and running the android tether apk after they upgraded to 2.2 on their Bravo?

Thanks!

I've tried it, and have yet to succeed in getting it to work.... I've not tried a lot though. Maybe they attempted to block it? Cause if you use the built in USB tethering, it'll check your account before letting you tether. And I wouldn't be surprised if the 3G Mobile Hot Spot checked your account or reported your tethering to AT&T.

Yes the native hot spot app will require you to be on the 45$ 4 gig data pro plus mobile hotspot tethering plan. So anyone sill grandfathered in the unlimited 30$ data plan will loose it if they switch. that's att for ya lol

I am successfully using Wireless Tether version 2.0.5-RC2 to make this post after upgrading to Android 2.2.1 and re-rooting my bravo. Hope this is helpful in some way.
