3D maps

How do I enable the 3D city view in maps? I remember seeing it in all the promo videos but I cant figure out how to enable it.

Not every city has 3d maps yet. A simple test would be to look at NYC. Make sure all layers are disabled, you're not going to see 3d buildings with satellite layering..

oh, DISABLE layers...I was in NYC yesterday going "Which friggen layer is this..."

3D maps also only kick in in high magnification. I was wondering the same for a while but I love playing with tech stuff so eventually I figured that out :D
