Try not installing HDMIwin after flashing CM7. It is built in from what I know.

Why would you restore the app just to delete it? Assuming you used something like Titanium Backup, it not only restores the app but the data and cache it used before. If that was bad, you just restored bad and a simple uninstall won't remove it.

Make sure you fully wipe everything, including data, which you didn't mention. I'd recommend something like calkulin's format-all or VR-superwipe zips to flash in recovery. Just do a search for those.

Opening a new thread for an issue is not the best way to get help. If you have an issue with a specific ROM/Kernel/App it is best to post in that thread.
Rumor has it that the Nexus 4 has a development section.

yes i did the data wipe and still dont work...............can you write me actual steps to follow..see if i might be missing some thing
