Default Formated SD with Ext3 and ARC?

Ok so I am using now the same SD from my old N1 because I am too lazy too transfert my hundreds of wallpapers to the new one + it's a class 4 instead of the class 2 it came with.
I formated it with an extension EXT 3 of about 1GB back on my N1 before, what I want to know is: would this ext3 be used by the ARC for apps 2 SD??
If not should I reformat it and merge the 1gb with the rest of the memory?
For all Devs I download from, I can't send you a beer because Paypal is not supported in my country

So it's useless to keep the Ext3 partition?

You can copy the apps to the SD with move to sd option in settings. It's not like it was on android <2.2. I'm not using ext partition sinds android 2.2/3 i always move the games to sd.

right now it's useless to keep the ext3 partition for the arc. because it isn't supporting apps2sd you have to wait for custom roms.
