Is there an actual HTC Inspire Tear Down...

screen broke today.......

Same thing.

Looks like too much of a pain, might be cheaper to just have HTC fix it rather then risking more damage and a half assed put together phone.

Eh... the House is different. Not sure how you would go about removing the housing on the Inspire, the Desire has a full back batter door.

Yea, that first video was the regular Desire (wrong video). The Inspire is the same as the Desire HD.

yeah... 150$ i'll spend to let HTC work this over and retain a warranty phone lol
