Default [Q] stock apps zfter rooting

I'm curious to know if the stock apps are reloaded after you root the xoom and load it with Ti 1.3, or are you just loading a new OS on and have to go sto the market place and load everything from scratch like even the stock mail client etc.

Thanks,

Jwb

it will have all the same apps as when you first turned it on but anything you downloaded to it will be gone at least when i rooted thats how it was cause you had to wipe the system not sure about the one click root if it erases everything or not but at the very least it will be like turning it on for the first time

OK..thanks.. yeah, when you unlock the bootstrap, it wipes the user partition; no way around that at the momen but I just got it so i don't have alot of stuff on it yet. I was just curious about the contents of the TI images.

Thanks...

Jwb

when I rooted mine it didn't have the YouTube app or Google books. What I had to do is get an API from 4 share. They were not the honeycomb versions. Then I went to settings<applications find YouTube and books and uninstall updates and it restored the original apps.
