Rooting guide for HTC DESIRE S

Hy everyone,
i succefuly rooted htc desire s.
the Superonclick root worked for me.

What needs done is a clockworkmod recovery, which isnt avaiable right now for the desire s.

Was your Desire S (S-OFF) to start with?

So have you now achieved permanent root?

Yes it was soff. And yes i have permanent root.

now i know its rootable ....so i guess we can expect custom roms now

Yes, and i think with this app every android device can be rooted easly

Look at the top line of the bootloader screen.

Which you get by performing the initial same steps as you would do to perform the hard (full) reset but without...actually confirming!
