Dual boot galaxy tab?

Just wondered how hard it would be for a Dev to create a kernal that could dual boot Ubuntu and android. Seeing as getting Ubuntu to run requires kernal mods , could this be put into say the overcome kernal and a script be made to choose what to boot? How hard would this be??
