Default Cyanogen 13/04 Wireless Out of Range problem

I can't post this in dev section as I'm too noob, but thought I would share in case anyone else had the problem.

I am running the cyanogen nightly 13/04 and connected fine to the wireless in my office but at home couldn't. I have a BT homehub have WPA2 with a hidden SSID. After putting in the details of the connection the vega wouldn't conenct to it saying "Out of Range". It would however connect to the BTFon open connection that the Homehub broadcasts.

Long and short of it... Change the SSID from being hidden and the vega see's the connection and connects fine. This rom doesn't like hidden SSID's

There are more problems with wireless and CM7 besides hidden bssids. Having tested multiple accesspoints with different configs my conclusions are:
-unencrypted APs always work
-WPA2-PSK works sometimes:
-the CM7 accesspoint on my Desire Z always works
-a FON AP rarely works (managed to connect once)
-WPA2-EAP rarely works (only managed to connect a couple of times, mostly after reboots)

I'd really like to get CM7 to run, but this is a showstopper for me. "Good thing" is that apparently this bug is also randomly present on other devices running CM7, I trust the cause will we found and repaired soon.
