There are some people in India and other places who actually have a batch of the phones already. Over in another thread I read someone's post who stated he knew a guy selling them for around 750; he's planning on going to another place and trying to get it cheaper.

The phones are supposed to officially launch over there first anyway so it's not too uncommon to find them there; if you know where to look and you know the right people you should be able to get one this week.

Dude, U made my day. Even though im not in india, i will defenately try to find the SGS2 here in pakistan since its only a few hrs from india. Theres a place here, supposedly the worlds largest cell phone market, and Im sure they are the largest, there's cell phone stores by the hundreds. There might be a few pieces there, i will check tomorrow. I actually went like 2 weeks ago and some shops said we will have them in a week or 2, but i figured they were just guessing.

I have it in my country for 600 eur.
The seller says that it is a test version. (It has all cable and stuff with it)

I just don't know... should i wait or just go with it. I'm sceptical that the phone is not a final version and will have a problem in the future for upgrading.

Some early reviews say the prototypes are nowhere near the retail model. Definitely wait.

Lol no problem man; you should definitely read around here; I don't remember exactly what threads I saw this in but another guy flew over to where you are and he stated two locations of where they were currently being sold for pretty good prices.

You should definitely find the thread (under the GS2 general forum) and PM that guy
