Default [Q] [DISCUSS] Screen usability while charging

When my phone is plugged into the charger, the screen becomes almost unusable. Very hard to scroll around, different letters get selected while trying to type. If i hold my finger still on the home screen, it jumps around like its having a seizure and wont stay still. Unplug the charger though, and everything works perfectly.

Was just wondering if anybody else finds it difficult to use the screen while charging, or if anyone notices any difference in screen sensitivity while charging?

DONATE TO ME
Neither have I encountered this problem
Seems like you have a faulty device. I suggest to go to a SE center and ask their opinion and maybe ask for another one

I just found an old charger and tried that, and no problems at all, so the issue is something to do with the charger im guessing. Weird....

Not had that problem with whatever charger I use. I have used the in car, desktop and PC connections, also used an HTC and ZTE charger with no issues.

I had this problem and managed to fix it.

Mine had nothing to do with the charger though. Typing went crazy whenever i hit the space button or the p button. Pressing p would produce a 2-3 y's and pressing space would produce a , and 2 spaces.

I cant remember EXACTLY which fixed it but i can tell you what i did -

1) Installed a cache cleaner. Cachemate. (although i have recently switched to Android Assistant). Performed a power cache cleanse with Cache Mate.
2) Went to Titanium Backup and selected "Default Input" and "wiped Data".

However, here is the thing i THINK fixed the problem -

1) Went to market place and installed gingerbread keyboard and selected it as my default input.

Switching which keyboard you use i believe resets the touchpoint settings. I prefer Gingerbread Keyboard btw, use it as my default now.

Be careful when you wipe cache or data using titanium backup. I accept no responsibility for any misuse that causes your phone to function incorrectly

A lot of Android phones do this with incompatible chargers.
