I have been using the Macally mCup Adjustable Cup Holder in my Ford F150. Easily accessible while driving and the cupholder is fortunately close to the usb port for Sync. I was able to adjust the holder for a perfect fit with my Atrix in the Incipio Feather case.

I just ordered the bracketron one that is similar... I have bluetooth in my car so I don't really need all the functions on the car dock... $15 is a good deal compared to the motorola one, plus I didn't like the mounting options on that one.

Same for me; the bluetooth works great with the Ford sync system I have. I do connect the usb cable to charge the phone when I am on a long road trip. That way I can have Pandora keep the screen on the whole way and I can easily change artists (since I have the fingerprint scanner enabled)
