PC Companion software woes..

Ive connected my ace Arc to my work computer and decided to install the software..

Needless to say its installed and when I connect my phone it says there is an update waiting, i do as it says (changing storage mode like the instructions say to) but it always loses the connection to the phone (usb) and the install will fail.

Numerous tries and attempts seem to of gotten me no closer. sigh.

I think much better solution for upgrades is SEUS.

No problem. I use SEUS for every SE phone and it's the best way.
