Default verizon plan prices ?

I'm planning on jumping ship from Tmo. The iphone is everywhere, but I'm an android fan. Currently, we have -very- speedy data in our city, and so-so service directly outside it.

My question is this:

How much do folks on Verizon pay for TWO LINES OF UNLIMITED DATA AND TEXTING ?

please, I do not want to know about getting a phone for a penny, or "free", or any other insurance deals. I just want the straight scoop on what it will cost to have unlimited data and text, for two lines.

The best I've found is $99 + 29*2lines= $160/month. This is about $50 more per month than I'm paying now.

Thank you for a very simple, and precise response.

honestly most people do not need unlimited calling
most people with 2 lines especially, can sit happily at 700 minutes assuming you have a lot of friends/family already as verizon wireless customers.
the 1400 plan would give you 10 friends/family numbers you could set up as unlimited (land lines or other mobile carriers customers)

also keep in mind your first bill will possibly be double due to prorating and activation fees
again another reason unlimited isnt necessarily the best way to start out.
i would say start at 1400 and monitor your useage for the first month, checking daily/weekly and if you do near the 1400, go on verizonwireless.com/myverizon or dial *611 and talk with someone in customer svc about your plan

i deal with customers daily saying they need unlimited, again, it usually results in people over paying when they dont need to (ie: 200 minutes used on unlimited plan; happens a lot)

5000 texts = 20.00
Unlimited data = 30.00
With a voice plan.
Seriously using your internet go to verizon.com and check out plan pricing.
Very comparable to t-mobile. I jumped from TMO and had 1400mins and unlimited data. I dont text much so I paid per use which was 1.25 per text. VZW charges .25 per text.
And watch your data speeds drop dramatically on TMO once you hit your 2gb mark, they throttle the hell out of you.

160 is about right if you want unlimited data, text and 700 mins.

Have you checked if you can qualify for employee discount? most of the time that takes of between 15 to 25 percent of your bill. You can check with verizon on that.
