Good question, anyone installed them yet? It would be good to know if psneuter still works...

So far this is what I have found:

You can downgrade but, my IS would not boot pass the HTC splash screen.

I tried a factory reset before and after downgrading but, it still just loops back to the splash screen.

I was able to update back to a Gb rom.

I am going to try using the ruu instead of the rom.zip.

Update: The ruu did not work.

well my only guess can be is that there is a new bootloader, can you post the version number which is on there. (reboot in bootloader and give hboot version)

perhaps they changed some things, and that downgrading the hboot is making the conflict.
but for absolute clearance: You have a s-on device, upgraded with the goldcard method, and now trying to downgrade again with a goldcard.
And did you get any error messages during the downgrade? like red words or something like that?
HTC Incredible S {
Rom: ICS
S-OFF achieved
Recovery: 4ext touch
}

HTC Desire {
Rom: CyanogenMod 7
S-OFF achieved
Recovery: CWM
}

Look at 2nd pic, radio version number is same as in GB-seems that it did not downgraded! (Froyo-38.03.01.08_M; GB 3805.04.03.12_M!!)
Can u try to flash other Froyo ROM? Maybe it will work !!

Another suggestion, try to reflash again Froyo ROM (after first u have HBOOT 1-09-00000, and maybe, 2nd time will be downgrad the radio to 38.03.01.08_M)

Flashing a second time should do the trick than if its possible , I'm quite busy with a lot of things, so not much time for xda.

Let us know if it worked!
