1. Unlock Bootloader
Stick to lollylost100's Tutorial:

2. Download my package:

UK: .184:

Global LT15a .181:

XPERIA NEO NOT ARC !!!!!

Open a Terminal (on windows Start->Run->cmd)

Now copy the downloaded package to the location of fastboot you used for unlocking.
Enter this command:

Windows:
fastboot flash system YOURDOWNLOADEDFILE.img

Linux:
fastboot -i 0x0fce flash system YOURDOWNLOADEDFILE.img

Mac:
fastboot-mac -i 0x0fce flash system YOURDOWNLOADEDFILE.img

Now wait until its done.

3. REBOOT & ENJOY

So to resume it, we have now full fastboot and adb working on system files, apps needing root will work and of course we can finally play with framework theming!
UOT kitchen I am back
But last thing: the rom included is UK or global?
