LPRemixHD for Incredible S
Android 2.3.3 with Sense 2.1 + Tons of Sense 3.0 Features!

The idea behind LPRemixHD is to take the stock ROM and to improve it. I quite like sense and will be keeping it on the ROM. What I want to do is remove some of the bloat, add some improvements and generally improve or stock ROM experience. This ROM will get better as it goes along, and please feel free to make suggestions. I will probably want to keep the look stock, I might theme it later, still not sure.

I will publish my sources as soon as I can work out how to use github

Benchmarks @ 1.8GHz
For the numbers guys, here are a list of benchmarks. The number in brackets is the number of runs I took, so the value is an average of those runs:

- Linpack: 63.366 MFLOPS (5)
- Quadrant: 2139 (5)
- Neocore (Sound Off): 57.0 fps (3)

Known Bugs
Below is a list of bugs in the ROM. If you find something you don't see here, let me know and I will try and fix.

- Hardware backlight doesn't work (I actually think it makes the device look cooler )
- Camera (HTC's fault not mine! I am working on it)

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why can't I hear any sound / anyone hear me on a call?
You must have the latest radio installed for any gingerbread ROM to work

Q: Why doesn't my LED notifications work?
If you LED notifications do not work for events such as messages and calls, go to 'Settings > Display > Notification Flash' and un-tick the options, then re-tick (thanks mindas69 for the tip!)

It took me a really long time to get here, but I'm here
If it was possible evne bigger update than last time. Main feature is my new custom kernek (XSKernel) which has more features that you can shake a stick at, but also some awesome new sense 3.0 features! Aren't I good to you? ;)

LPRemix v0.3 - 26/04/11
It's Alive! 
Started again from scratch to fix the problems, thanks to qvert & cctv for pointing me in the right direction with the updater-script (never used edify before :o). I have tested this one myself and it works, but it will wipe your data :(

- Reverted to stock kernel 
- Moved apps back to /system for now
- All of below is still correct, except some bloatware removed yet (will do next revision)

LPRemix v0.2 - 20/04/2011
I've got a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore... 
I plucked out a few useless files that were taking up space, but I filled the gap with a kernel! The kernel is stock for now, but it will allow for customisation later down the line, as well as enabling a few features that aren't avalible without a boot.img. I also poked some stock apps into /data to allow for market updating.

- Included 2.6.35 Kernel built from HTC source 
- Added nano text editor for shell
- Moved the following apps to /data/app: Maps, Gmail, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Street View
- Removed the following apps: Teeter, Adobe Reader, Magic Smoke Wallpapers, Visualization Wallpapers, Quick Office, Stocks, Ringtone Trimmer, HTC Navigation

First Release! It's Been Emotional... 
This is pretty big in size, I am working on reducing it but the system  image is over 500MB! The app folder is the bulk of the size, so let me  know if there any apps you want removing. This is just the system, no  kernel, radio or recovery is included.

I am waiting for the Rom manager to include the IS clockworkmod recovery , once it`s included and flashed into my IS , I will also try your rom........

When HTC starts selling a new phone , UK is one of the first sellers in Europe and I usually buy my new phones from clove.co.uk or carphonewarehouse and have it sent to my hotel in London and I fly to London to pick up my phones.

It looks like I might be flying to London to pick up the new HTC Sensation soon , so if you`re still not S-OFF by then when I am there I can bring the XTC Clip with me if you like.

I don`t know if it wll work with yours though as I hear some radio`s do not work yet with XTC Clip.

It's possible it might not flash properly (small but sight chance) so I am already working an update. Be nice to get some feedback though
