Lightbulb Copilot, problem and work around

Hello all,

Installed my trusty 16 gig card that already had Copilot installed on it. Proceeded to Market and downloaded the app and installed.
Typically the app will find the maps on the sd card and all works fine.
Well with the 5 or so gigs considered "internal sd" and the "external sd" in the file system, Copilot didn't pick up the maps! I tried Copilot Central on the desktop and considered my phone a Copilot device, but saw 0 bytes free so I couldn't reload the map from my PC.

So long story short I had to manually copy the NA map folder off of my 16 gig "external sd" and copy it into the Copilot directory on the "internal sd".
After that Copilot worked fine.

So I dont know if this is the way this "internal/external sd" card stuff typically works (first phone with this much usable internal space", or a bug in the way Copilot handles things?

Hope this helps someone.

I copied the EU map in the correct folder in the internal sd, and doesn't see the map.

I loved this phone when I bought it. In the last 2 days I had so many problems I never had with other phones. The wifi hotspot gave me a lot of problems. I'm not able to use gps. The whole internal / external sd is really annoying. With my old phones I never had this problems. I regret I sold the HD2, was perfect with WM and Android
