[Q] Any Font Similiar to Ubuntu Font?

I love ubuntu font, but it can't display somes utf-8 chars. (i was browsing some website in vietnamese and it can't display correctly).

i was wondering if you guys know any font which is similiar to this font and can display utf-8 chars.
