Default [Request] Battery percentage

Can anyone provide better battery percentage? currently I am using battery indicator...
HTC One X +
ROM: VIPER X+
Kernel: STOCK

I use Circle Battery Widget, very simple but quite nice!

I want something that is position in the same place as the battery icon on the top right hand corner. I just cant believe android dont have this feature by default! It is better with percentage rather than just battery icon.

Unfortunately it will be possible only on rooted devices.
The Arc has been rooted so we just need some mods that help us with that.

I really hope CyanogenMod will be ported to the arc. It has this and many other cool functions like a Notification toggle.

We just need the scripts, perhaps the stock gingerbread scripts from Modaco,CM7 or OTA N1 can help

Try Battery Minder, free from the market. You can put the percentage on the left corner of the top.

Done! I hope they start working on this ASAP.

Mod roms is the only reason I rotted my phone.

Once recovery is sorted, we'll be able to use the UOT Kitchen to try tweaking the battery images:
