Tried to replace it with root explorer but now it's bootlooping.
and i'm at work so i cant download the original firmware to fix it

I also made a mistake when replacing the framework-res.apk. Had some strange issues so I wanted to revert back to the original. Also renamed the original so I could see clearly if the original one would be placed back. Big mistake, not I am bootlooped with the Sony logo.

I ran GingerBreak to get root, I didn't follow the unlock procedure. Any thought for recovering?
HTC Vox -> Sony Xperia X1 -> HTC Topaz -> Sony Xperia Arc

I wasn't unlocked too.
Just flash an original firmware with flashTool.

Can you write what was that mistake? How it should be made well? Should I just make copy of framework-res.apk to SD or some folder in internal memory or maby in diferent way?

The mistake was renaming the original file. You should do a direct replace (copy/paste).

Fixed the problem by running SEUS update and choosing the Repair option. Explained how to connect the phone to run a repair update. Now all is well again. Thanks for the help guys.
