Default Sell droid x stock or with custom rom ?

I am selling my droid x and am currently at liberty the latest version

1. should i take it back to stock ?
2. sell it with the custom rom if so how do i make it so that all my info is gone ?
3. what info could or should i include for a noob who may purchase it and need to
reinstall the toolboox etc
4. can i reformat the sd card or remove all files other then clockworkmod recovery and the liberty rom

thanks for your help I am selling it on ebay and have a 100% feedback and i don't want so noob to by it and not know what they are doing and leave a negative feedback and i know that is the risk i take if i sell it with custom rom but i am actually looking for a buyer who is familiar with the process

this is not a attempt to sell on site just looking for feedback like i said 5 yrs on ebay 100% feedback as seller and figured you guys would be able to help me in regards to what is the best way to keep feedback and sell droid x thanks

I've sold a few phones on eBay and I basically list on the description that I could go either way and let the buyer specify how they'd prefer.

Sbf to stock. If you are looking to sell to someone who knows what they are doing, it won't matter either way. Rooting is too simple with z4 to even be concerned. With the stock phone you will be almost certain to not upset anyone.

SBF to stock without a doubt. It is against ebay rules to sell a modified device... Take my advice on that :(

Don't forget about the SD card! I'm just saying. If you're selling it with the SD card, format that bad boy.
