[Q] Installing Android with custom ROM

Hi guys!

I have a Touch Pro 2 on Sprint running a custom ROM, and I want to install Android on it. Can I just follow the instructions as provided for installing Android onto my custom ROM, or can I only do it with the stock ROM installed?

Also, does the fact that I had to perform a hard SPL break to install the custom ROM have anything to do with the installation of Android?

It makes no difference.

Indeed, since Android currently runs off of the SD card, there's no need whatsoever to do hSPL. Of course, it will still work if you have done hSPL.

Note: Nothing posted here applies to NAND builds, but NAND builds are highly unstable and for advanced testers only. A NAND build will overwrite your WinMo ROM.
