Yea I've had those changes for a while I've just been busy lately with exams and such but I should be able to finish up some of the work I was doing on the kernel soon

FYI, my CM10.1 ROMs had already included those two commits since v2.0.

Which makes me wonder if the bluetooth issue then just might be caused by bcmdhd.ko not being automatically loaded by the ROM. It actually looks like the msm_serial_hs gets enabled during bootup by accessing it via tty. Afterwards it's just waiting for any action by the ROM itself which cause it to hold an infinite wakelock (I might decide to give it a timeout to it anyway though).

Nikez has build a kernel 3.0.xx for bravo.
so far he claims bluetooth and media player working.
see spreadsheet created by nikez of what working and what not
