Default Battery Problem with my POV Mobii

Hi guys I have a little problem with my new POV Mobii tablet.
When my battery is about 60%~ish and then I turn it off, the next power on the battery drains about 30%; but if I don't turn in off the battery drains normally.
I've read that it might be a refresh issue of the battery display, but using other apps (Such as Juice Plotter or BatteryLife) shows the same behavior.
If some one can point me in the direction of a good tutorial to solve this (if there is such), I'd be thankful.

Thanks in advance, and sorry for the bad English.

What ROM have you installed? I've noticed that the level was reported incorrectly a couple of times with Corvus0.5, more or less like you mention. Once it was "stuck" at 63% when the low battery notification led started blinking red. Haven't seen it with Corvus5 lately.

Corvus I follow your steps, the ones that you did and posted in modaco. I also tried Battery Calibrator but the problem stills happen... I give up...

This happens with modaco r8, corvus kernel, gambarro, fuji, stock rom...
