Changing location on home screen

Is is possible to change the location (example above: London) on the home screen with another location?

Does it have a setting where you can manually set the location? This also includes the weather.

The location is set by the weather widget.

Tap and hold the clock widget on the home screen and drag it into the 'edit' area at the bottom of the screen. Then you can choose a fixed location.
