How to get speech to text to work?

So I flashed the midnight rom 5.2 byor and downloaded the speech to text app from the market and now when I press the mic button on swype it does nothing. It worked on my previous version of the midnight rom 4.2 but not for this one... any suggestions?

Search voice search from the market and click install and it should say update.

Thanks but it doesn't work with swype. It does work with the gingerbread keyboard and if I hold down the search button. Cool beans
