[Q] Can't connect to 3g mobile data

hello guys, I do not know if I did some messing around with the radio but can not connect over the 3G network.
My model is a standard a3333 with the last available radio and it connects only in G mode.

what can i do to solve this problem?

i've already done a full reset/wipe of everything before install the last stable cyanogen mod 7.0.2

As it is a custom rom, u might check if there are any incompatibities / bugs in that.



And there is one more rare possibility. This might not be the thing with u.
In network settings, under network mode, there will be options lie GSM only, WCDMA only, GSM / WCDMA. That option should not be GSM only. Preferred option is GSM / WCDMA. Also try WCDMA only. Check that once. And it also depends on the 3G network availability at that place at that time (since if 3G is unavailable, it will shift to 2G)

Could you check in HBOOT and tell me which Radio you have?

i can't find those setting in cyanogen mod 7.0.2..
there is only "use 2g connection" that is not selectioned.

Ask if anyone has the same issue (with ur radio) in that rom development threads.

And may i know ur hboot version and secure flag.

ok, I do not know how, but yesterday, after it rebooted, it is connected to the 3g

Ever found out what was going on? I have cyangenmod 7.0.3, when going to any other rom i lose 3G connectivity. I tried with 7.1 but it doesn't work. settings are correct, flashed differed radio's...
Tried a dozen other rom's, no good.
When i go back to 7.0.3 with nandroid restore there's no problem, anything else and i lose 3G.
