You have to have nvflash recovery installed to use vol and power to get to recovery other wise you wipe the phone.

Manually deleted system, cache and data. Then flashed through CWM with the zip file located on the external SD. No issues so far. Definitely faster. Quadrant up to 2750. Thanks for the effort....it s very appreciated.

my best quadrant speed so far here has been 2750 as well.

on the stock rom with a few tweaks my best had been 2600.

glad to finally be able to play with a rom, i was having withdrawls.

Unfortunately if you do it that way the phone will do a factory reset (I figured this out the hard way).

NVFlash is a powerful utility that works at a very low level on your phone. so do we need to nvflash for this rom to work .or is it the regular way with cwm
